Our Finca is built on a 2013 m² property. More or less, because here in Spain these things are not that important.

And ......... we are surrounded by nature!

We have a big lounge with a built in Cheminée and air condition warm/cold. The kitchen is a separate room but there is no door to the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is not very big but still bigger than in most of spanish houses. We replaced the bidet by a Miele washing machine.

In the lounge there is a spiral stairecase leading up to an additional room under the roof. We had a big terrace in a L-shape. A part of it is now a room for my practice, can also be used as an office. We have satellite TV and a DSL-Internet access. The rest of the patio is vitrified by sliding windows. We use it as a dining room and there is place enough for a "dog-sofa" as well. 

We can say that we have 5 (bed-) rooms  beside the lounge. Space enough to live!

The barbeque is built in natural stones. There was absoluterly no shaddow before so we built a so called "summer kitchen"  with a bar and a toilet to cover the grill. At the same time we have built a auxiliary building. Underneath there was a small cistern which we use as a wine cellar. With a mobile air conditioner we have the correct temperature. 

The big entranceway of 236 m²  was asphalted in 2008. No more dirt after the rain and no more dust after a storm. 

We want to sell the house because we plan to buy a motorhome and travel once again.

For us this jewel has a value of € 370.000. You can have it with all the frills. The price is negotiable but in this case we take with us furnitures and equipment what we can use in Switzerland.
